Originally built in 1918, Red Maple recently underwent a full renovation in an effort to restore and preserve the Italianate architectural features, while incorporating modern amenities suitable for today's living.

This successful endeavor was recognized by the Tacoma Landmarks Commission and named Red Maple as the 2023 recipient of the Outstanding Achievement in Residential Renovation Award.
