ICON was founded in 2015 by Jeremiah Roberson, a seasoned real estate professional with over 27 years of experience in the Seattle Metro market. Prior to ICON, he served as a portfolio manager and VP for various property management and commercial brokerage firms, overseeing large portfolios of multi-family and mixed-use buildings.
Over the years, Jeremiah saw a growing need of building streamlined management practices while offering customized approaches that would better maximize the income potential of each of his clients’ investments.
